Sometimes you just need a little heart in a card to send to someone to say Hello, or Thanks, or just because. These use up all those little scraps as well, so it's a win win for this tiny but mighty card.
Here's how you make it - just note that the heart die is not from Stampin' Up
Supplies
- Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes
- White card 8 x 11.8cm and 7.5 x 11.3cm
- In Color 2026-8 Cardstock strips, approx 1 cm thick
- Heart Die
- Glue
- Dimensionals
Method
- Die cut a heart from the top of the larger piece of white card (8 x 11.8cm)
- Cut a strip of each colour of the In Color 2026-8 (Barely Blush, Crisp Canteloupe, Peaceful Pine, Golden Glow, Hydrangea Hue
- Glue them to the smaller piece of white cardstock, taking care to check where the heart aperture will be. Trim the edges of the card of any overhanging strips.
- Add dimensionals to the back of your heart piece and place on top of the coloured strips.
- Glue to the front of your card.
I think these would make very nice little cards to pop through your neighbour's letterbox just to say Hi :)
